What you will do 📅

The Chief of Staff will work directly with our CEO to drive strategic initiatives while simultaneously providing critical executive support. You'll be the CEO's right hand, managing both high-level strategic projects and day-to-day operational needs. This dual role requires both exceptional big-picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

As Chief of Staff at For Them, you will autonomously manage projects across all verticals of the business while ensuring the CEO can focus on what matters most. No two days will be the same. You'll shift seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives, translate vision into actionable roadmaps, and drive execution across multiple departments
• Executive Support: Manage the CEO's inbox, prioritize communications, and ensure timely responses to critical messages
• Meeting Management: Prepare for executive meetings, take comprehensive notes, distribute action items, and follow up on deliverables
• Operations Leadership: Build systems and processes that scale efficiently as we grow
• Data Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze performance data, and generate insights that guide decision-making
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between the CEO and various teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and objectives
• External Relations: Represent the CEO in select meetings and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders
